Yes, early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.


How far is the hotel from the airport?

What airport/hotel transportation options are available?

Car rental with or without a driver and taxi service.


May I pre-book, airport-to-hotel transportation?

Yes, luxury car rentals are available to be pre-booked.


Is parking available at the hotel?

Complimentary valet parking for hotel guests only. Visitors subject to hourly rate.


Do I have to pay a security deposit?

Upon check-in a security deposit is required, using one of the following methods of payment. This is to cover for any incidental charges such as telephone or restaurant dining, that may be incurred during your stay. Should there be no outstanding charges at the time of departure, this security deposit will be refunded to you in full.

If you wish to guarantee by credit card, an authorization of the room & taxes + AED250 per person per night will be charged to your credit card. However, if you wish to pay by cash, the deposit will be room & taxes + AED250 per person per night plus an additional AED500 deposit as a guarantee for damages.

Credit Card
The credit card must be in the name of the guest, unless arrangements have been made with the property prior to your arrival date. Upon check-in you will be asked for your credit card and reception staff will seek an Authorisation for available funds. No funds are deducted from the credit card at this stage (unless otherwise advised by the reservations staff).

Cash
Upon check-in at the property you are required to pay the remaining amount of your entire accommodation charges (less the deposit already paid), upfront. Should there be no outstanding charges at the time of departure, this security deposit will be refunded to you, in full.

You will also be required to produce valid government-issued photo identification at check-in for every occupant of the room (such as a passport or Emirates ID).

Is there a Concierge? What specific services are provided by the concierge?

Yes, the Concierge provides Guests with information about attractions, facilities, services and activities in and outside of the Hotel. The Concierge will assist you with any type of transportation requests, from limo services to yachts and private airplanes. The Concierge will also provide assistance and arrange reservations for the theatre and other forms of entertainment when requested, along with obtaining necessary tickets to diverse venues to fulfill our Guest’s expectations for their stays.

Our pillows are microfiber filled and hypoallergenic, we also have a pillow menu available.

Superior and Premier Rooms and different types of Suites are available. All rooms have a stand-alone bathtub and all suites have a separate living room.


Does the rate include breakfast?

Breakfast is included only when the room is booked on Bed & Breakfast basis.
